Depending on the size of the sofas, additional fees may be charged based on the amount of load space they occupy. If the sofas do not fit through the door frames and require cutting to remove them, extra labour charges will apply.

Important information regarding your booking

Please ensure that all rubbish is ready for collection upon our arrival. If not, an additional labour charge may apply. Additionally, clean wood, hard-core, rubble, soil, and green waste must be separated into bags before we arrive on site. If you require us to bag everything up, please note that this will incur additional costs. Be sure to inform the team of these requirements when making your booking.

House Clearance & Commercial Clearances

If the property has no parking facility or is on the main road with only loading bays available, and we later to receive a parking ticket, the customer will be responsible for the cost. We will provide evidence of the time and location for the customer’s reference.
